ONLINE PAYMENT GATEWAY FACILITY FOR FEE PAYMENT

We are delighted to announce the introduction of Online Payment Gateway to collect fee online! Now you can pay your fee using Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and UPI. Please follow the step-by-step instructions for a smooth transaction.

How to pay fee via Online Payment Gateway: Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Visit the official school website: www.birlabharati.org and click on the "Pay Fee Online" button.
  2. Login using your Admission Number and Password.
    Password format: First two letters of student’s first name (first uppercase, second lowercase) + Date of Birth (DDMMYYYY).
    Example: Name: Rajib, DOB: 01-01-2025 ? Password: Ra01012025.
  3. Select "My Profile" from the left-hand menu to check student details.
  4. Click "Fee Payment" from the menu, then click "Make New Payment".
  5. Select the applicable quarterly fees and click "Pay Now".
  6. Choose your preferred payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI) and enter payment details.
  7. Click "Proceed" to complete the transaction.

After Successful Payment: A receipt will be sent to your registered email and available anytime in the Student Portal ? Fee Payment.

1. All payments must be made only through the official school website.
2. Keep a copy of the transaction receipt for your records.
3. Enter internet banking/card/UPI details carefully.
4. The school is not responsible for failed transactions.
5. For discrepancies, contact the school office immediately.
